After several years of listening to contractors and building owners tell us of their needs, we have developed Wayneflex TPO™, a flexible roofing underlayment with a five (5) year materials-only warranty. Throughout the development of this environmentally-friendly product, we have concentrated on the use of recycled raw materials and the generation of zero scrap in our manufacturing process.
Wayneflex TPO™ is available in three and six foot widths, thicknesses of .030 to .045, and a variety of lengths for any custom installation. This innovative TPO membrane provides the roofing contractor with the following unique characteristics necessary for a waterproof roofing solution which is safe, secure and easy to install.

But Wayneflex TPO™ is not just for roofs, it is perfect for do-it-yourselfers and contractors anywhere a waterproof solution is needed. It has a Class A Fire Rating and custom UV protection, so it is great for small jobs such as roofing barns, sheds and carports, as well as for soundproofing and underlayment under hardwood floors.
Wayneflex TPO™ is also fish-friendly and makes a great pond and streambed liner.

Wayneflex TPO™ has been subjected to extensive exposure testing in our ISO certified lab. The results were further certified by an independent lab. The accelerated weathering process indicates that Wayneflex TPO™ be warranted as follows:
MATERIAL PRODUCT WARRANTY
Wayne County Rubber, Inc. warrants that its Wayneflex TPO™ membrane when properly applied will not leak for a period of five years following date of purchase as a result of:
1. Natural deterioration due to exposure to the elements except in cases of natural disasters.
2. Cracking due to expansion and contraction of membrane.
3. Decomposition of membrane from ponding water.
