Wayne County Rubber can tailor our rubber mixing services to all of our customers, no matter how large or small, complex or simple the order. Wayne County Rubber is capable of calendering any polymer, from natural and EPDM to more exotic recipes. Our calenders are capable of producing sheet gauges of .015 to .750 and widths up to 76”. Our inverted “L” four-roll calender allows us to make uncured EPDM flashing in gauges of .030 to .060, slit in widths from 12” to 72”.
